It was a balmy coastal evening and the outdoor seating at Terranea's Catalina Kitchen was the perfect setting to celebrate my son's 25th birthday, and give me an opportunity to enjoy the fine food and exquisite company of my family.
With another son in from New York City and other family members coming from Redondo Beach and San Pedro, Terranea offered the perfect gathering location. Terranea Resort is a wonderful addition to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
These are challenging times to open a world-class resort, but with the support of the community and savvy marketing I'm hopeful Terranea will overcome the financial woes and not only survive but flourish.
