It was a whirlwind escrow but all went well, and today is moving day for clients making the move from Hermosa Beach to Palos Verdes Estates. The gift and CD copy of the transaction were delivered yesterday. Upon returning to the office, it was time to file the purchase folder in the 2009 Closed Transactions drawer of my file cabinet (and send a copy off to the corporate office). Done.
I'll miss them in my current transactions family, but I welcome them to my past client club. The more the merrier!
No time to linger on the past or bask in the glory of closed sales; the last minute hustle and bustle of closing week is upon us again--and that's a good thing.
