Last week I showed property in the Palisades neighborhood to an artist friend. We both fell in love with an Old Spanish charmer tucked away on a hillside. Our excursion reminded me why I love this little coastal neighborhood in San Pedro. Not only are the views spectacular, there are miles of walkways for hiking along the coast and even a park or two within walking distance from anywhere in the area.
