I've been following the listing and sales in the Palos Verdes Drive South neighborhood with added interest (although it's always been one of my favorite areas), since I have an upcoming listing in the neighborhood. It's too soon to discuss it, but it has a great view and the house is shaping up nicely too.

Active Listings: 12 single family homes are for sale priced from $950,000 to $6,900,000.
Pending Sales: 2 homes are in escrow priced at $999,000 and $1,639,000.
November Sales: 1 home closed escrow at $1,525,000.
