Last week one of my Eastview clients called to get an update on the real estate market in her neighborhood. She was under the impression nothing was selling---wrong! 41 Single family homes sold in Eastview in 2008.
Eastview real estate statistics for 2008:
Active Listings: 13 Single family homes were for sale at the close of 2008 priced from $589,900 to $1,299,000.
Pending Sales: 2 Properties were in escrow listed for $699,900 and $799,999.
2008 Sales: 41 Single family homes sold in 08 priced from $450,000 to $1,175,000.
