There's a new tilt to the real estate dance floor, some of our favorite old partners are gone--they are not doing loans anymore. We've been dumped by the zero down guys, and now our clients need a whole lot more dating capital to get tapped on the shoulder for a chance to tango with the "new" mortgage man.
Are we up to their new expectations? Can we add a new step to the already complicated dance of matching homes with buyers and closing the deal? Of course we can; we're rugged real estate agents and we face rejection on a regular basis. We're ready to please and impress this "new" money man!
We may have to step up our game and move a little closer to the plate, and to our partners in the dance. Communication is more important than ever. The loan pre-approval is essential and a high credit score is reason to celebrate--the "new" mortgage man is very picky about who he invites onto the dance floor.
